We want your first visit to be as smooth as possible. Here's what you need to know before you arrive.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications (including dosages), any relevant lab or imaging results, and the referral letter if your insurance requires one. Arriving 10–15 minutes early allows time for check-in paperwork.
We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office at (951) 354-3976 to verify your specific plan and any coverage details before your visit. We're happy to work with you to minimize out-of-pocket costs.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend and evening appointments may be available — please inquire when scheduling. We encourage patients to call during business hours for the quickest response.
Yes — complimentary parking is available in the building's parking structure at 9670 Magnolia Ave. The clinic entrance is on the second floor, Suite 203. We're easily accessible and close to public transit.
Referrals and prescription refills can be requested by calling our office during business hours. Please allow at least 48 hours for non-urgent refill requests and 3–5 business days for specialist referrals to ensure everything is processed accurately.
